All orders are fulfilled by CrazyAnt from our local warehouse in Fontana, California. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard delivery within the U.S. takes about 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping
Most major countries receive orders within 7–15 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.
Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship available items immediately and ship the remaining items as soon as they become available. If you receive only part of your order, rest assured the remaining items will follow shortly.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if a mobile number is provided) containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to appear.
Wrong Address Disclaimer

Returns
