- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please see our return policy below.
Returns
- Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns if the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Proof Required: To request a return, you must provide reasonable evidence (such as photos or videos) showing the issue.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect sizing if the product itself has no quality issues.
Refunds
- Approval Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
